COOKING WITHOUT FIRE

Loyola ITI ignited culinary creativity by hosting a vibrantCooking without fire competition in the campus on 24th Nov 2023. All the participants showcased innovative dishes without the traditional use of flames. Through this activity the students learnt the spirit of teamwork, and displayed culinary skills by preparing wide range of dishes. It encouraged students to be creative in the kitchen. Each trade prepared 3-4 items which included a drink, snacks and a dish of their choice. The judges for the day were Fr. Denzil Lobo S J and Mrs Selvi, who judged on the basis of presentation, cleanliness, teamwork and taste of food.

Cooking without fire was an excellent learning opportunity and also a fun engaging way to learn about nutrition healthy eating habits.Overall, it was a blend of creativity, teamwork, and deliciousness.
