Counseling to foster the growth of Mindset-2023

To promote the growth of thestudent mindset,counseling sessions were conductedfrom 9th January 2023 to 30th January 2023 by Mrs.Bhuvana Ramesh psychologist from Srinivas University, Mangalore.In the intervention process 80 studentswere selected. The main objective was to identify studentbehavior,attitudes and changing their mindset.

15 modules were explained through powerful motivational slides and videos on different topics such as grit, goal setting,facing challenges, bouncing back from the failures, perseverance, self-efficacyetc.Different activities on goal setting, goal visualization, self-evaluation, self-rating and so many activities were conducted to foster their growth mindset.The counselingprocess created a friendly environment to help each one of the trainees with different approaches.Sweets and snacks were distributed to all the participants on the last day of the program.
