Session on Cyber Safety

Loyola ITI, in collaboration with Vidya, organized a Cyber Safety program to teach the students about online safety. The one-week session was led by Bhagyalakshmi from the Learning Foundation.

During the week, students learned about different types of online businesses and the importance of clear communication and respect when interacting online. One session focused on netiquette, which is the proper way to behave online. Students were taught how to communicate respectfully, keep their personal information private, and avoid cyberbullying. The program also covered how to protect brand names and logos and how to register trademarks and copyrights. Overall, the session helped students understand the importance of being responsible and respectful online and provided them with the knowledge to protect themselves from cyber crimes.
