ELECTION AWARENESS PROGRAM

The Loyola ITI campus conducted an election awareness program on 23rd march 2024. The primary objective of the Election Awareness Program was to promote voting literacy and ensure ethical processes in the electoral system. Mr. James MA and Dr. Bindu CEO Aero election office Bangalore served as the resource person for the program. Dr. Bindu CEO delivered a presentation on the significance of voting and the responsibilities of citizens in ensuring fair elections. All the participants took pledge that they willactively participate in the electoral process by exercising their vote,upholding the principles of democracy, strive to uphold the integrity,reject any form of electoral malpractice, will support transparent electoral processes and also pledged to encourage others to participate in the electoral processes. Fr. Denzil Lobo, the Director of Loyola ITI, expressed gratitude to the resource persons for their valuable insights. He encouraged students to uphold ethical voting practices and builda stronger democracy through their active participation.
