Faculty Development Programme

To enhance the professional skills and knowledge of faculty members, a Faculty Development Program was organized in the Loyola ITI Hall with Fr. Olvin Veigas, SJ, from St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, Bangalore, as the resource person.

Fr. Olvin talked about SWOT analysis, and a group activity was done where participants looked at the past year’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. This helped to create new ideas and plans for improvement. The session also focused on professional development and introduced Ignatian Pedagogy, which encourages self-reflection in both work and life. All faculty members attended and gained valuable insights from the session.
