Staff Orientation Program

To create a positive and productive work environment and tolay the strong foundationfor our collective growth, a Staff orientation program was conducted on 8th August 2023 in the campus on the topic of “Self Esteem and Mentoring”.

Staff were privileged to have Dr. Vincent A, the Vice Principal of Loyola Degree College, as our esteemed resource person for this program. Dr. Vincent's insights provided valuable perspectives on self-esteem and mentoring, aligning perfectly with our commitment to nurturing the potential of each staff. During the session Dr. Vincent explained aboutthe qualities of high esteemed and low esteemed persons, self-awareness and its layerswhich helpedstaffto gain a deeper understanding of themselves. The Interactive activities that were led during the session provided practical strategies on shaping a brighter future for our student.The activity on the solicit feedback helped to reveal the level ofself-esteem.

The orientation Encouraged the staff to seek both mentorship and opportunities to mentor others.
