Driving School
Loyola driving school is established by Bangalore Jesuit Educational society in
1992 under the guidance of Br. Benedict Rasario. At starting vehicles Maruti
Ambassador car, TVS champ, Hero Honda were used for training purpose. Later
we included Maruti Alto, super splendor Hero Honda, Scooty Streak Fashion in the
list of training vehicles in the year 2014. Mr. Irudaya Mathias, Mr. Mani P, Antony
Raj, Souri Muttu served as driving instructors from 1992 to 2011.
Since 2011 Mr. Ganesh S has been serving as a driving instructor. Since 2016 July
our driving school is working under the guidance of
Fr. Anthony Lawrence, the director of Loyola ITI. Our driving school offers fees
concession to students and poor people to get a better training. Our driving school
has separate classroom to conduct classes. Road plan board and traffic signal boards
and charts are provided. Live demonstration model of break system, steering system,
clutch system are provided. Driving instruction manuals and guide to driver are also
made available. Fully equipped first aid box is provided at the premises. We also
provide on road training for four wheeler and train judgment and road positioning
according to other road users. Our driving instructor not only trains driving but also
trains driving behaviours, confidence in training, how much distance to keep
between cars while driving, safety measures, hand signals, traffic signals, hand
signals of traffic constable. About automatic road signals, road markings, speed
regulation on high way and city roads, parking rules will be taught by our driving
instructor.
Driving training involves not only time and effort but also attention and
concentration. In order to obtain effective result, learn the driving rules perfectly.
