Loyola Industrial Training Institute, Bengaluru, inaugurated the MRAC Lab Centre of Excellence on 9 October 2026. This was an important step towards improving technical education and skill development. The event began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open the lab. The dignitaries visited the laboratory, saw its facilities, and took part in the traditional coconut-breaking ceremony for an auspicious beginning. The event was attended by representatives from Carrier and United Way of Delhi (UWD), along with 55 Carrier channel partners and dealers. Their participation helped strengthen the partnership between industry and technical education. The new Centre of Excellence will give trainees more practical learning opportunities and help them learn modern refrigeration and air-conditioning technologies. It will connect classroom learning with industry needs and help students gain the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in this field.
