Loyola Industrial Training Institute, Bengaluru, organized a Staff Orientation on 20th June 2026.Programme on the theme "Together Towards Excellence in Education and Institution Building." The programme was held to inspire and encourage the staff to work together for the growth of the institution and the success of its students. The sessions were led by Dr. Sr. Judy Lewis and Fr. Francis Menezes, SJ, who shared their knowledge and experiences with the staff. They spoke about the importance of building a culture of excellence in education and the valuable role every staff member plays in institution building. The resource persons encouraged the staff to work with commitment, teamwork, and a positive attitude. They highlighted that every member of the institution contributes to creating a supportive learning environment and achieving the goals of the institute. The programme was informative and motivating. It helped the staff understand their responsibilities better and inspired them to work together towards providing quality education and strengthening the institution.
