Visit to the Bear Rescue Centre at Bannerghatta National Park

The trainees of Loyola ITI visited the Bear Rescue Centre at Bannerghatta National Park as part of their wildlife conservation awareness program. The visit aimed to promote environmental awareness, empathy for wildlife, and teamwork among the trainees. During the visit, the trainees learned about the rehabilitation process for rescued bears. They attended sessions with the staff, who explained how they provide a safe environment for the bears. Students assisted in small maintenance tasks, observed bear behaviors. The trainees also engaged in service activities. The visit also included an exciting safari experience, during which the trainees observed various animals in the surroundings of the national park. The trainees expressed their gratitude to the Bear Rescue Centre team for their warm welcome and guidance. The visit was to help them understand the importance of protecting animals and the environment.
