Loyola ITI hosted a vibrant "Cooking Without Fire" event on 13th December 2024, bringing creativity and teamwork to the campus. The event aimed to encourage healthy eating habits and showcase the culinary skills of students without using fire. Participants displayed remarkable creativity and innovation, preparing a wide range of dishes, including colourful salads, refreshing smoothies, and delightful desserts. The dishes were judged based on four main criteria: creativity and presentation, nutritional value, taste, and teamwork. The competition was evaluated by Fr. Denzil Lobo SJ, Mrs. Mary Veronika, and Mrs. Selvi, who praised the participants for their impressive skills, innovative cooking, and collaborative spirit. The event was a memorable experience for the participants and audience.
