An awareness session on Inner Engineering was organized at Loyola ITI in collaboration with the Isha Foundation. The objective of the session was to introduce students to the Inner Engineering - Ananda Ale program and its benefits for personal growth and well-being. The resource persons for the session were Ms. Santi Qirko, a full-time volunteer with the Isha Foundation and an Inner Engineering teacher, and Mr. Jayawardane Kumar, Founder of Unmoat. During the session, the speakers introduced the Youth Scholarship - Inner Engineering: Ananda Ale Program, which provides students under the age of 25 an opportunity to attend the two-day workshop in Bengaluru. They explained the significance of the Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute yogic practice designed by Sadhguru to help individuals remain calm, focused, and joyful. The resource persons elaborated on how the program enables participants to handle stress effectively, improve focus and memory, increase energy levels, and develop a positive mindset. They motivated the students to apply for the scholarship and experience the transformative benefits of Inner Engineering.
