A total of 45 trainees, accompanied by staff members, went on an educational visit to the Traffic Management Centre (TMC), Traffic Awareness Park, Traffic Museum, and the Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum (VITM) on 11th February 2026. The visit was organized to give the trainees practical exposure to traffic systems, road safety, and technology. At the Traffic Management Centre, the trainees observed Bengaluru’s centralized traffic monitoring system, where live CCTV feeds from multiple junctions are managed in real-time. They learned how traffic is regulated, how surveillance technology works, and the various measures taken to ensure road safety. The visit helped the trainees understand the practical aspects of traffic management and reinforced the importance of technology in maintaining safe and efficient road networks.
