Loyola Industrial Training Institute, in collaboration with The Hope Foundation, organized a Life Skills Training Session on 4th March 2026 for students of the Automobile, Computer, and Solar Electrical trades. The session aimed to equip students with essential professional and interpersonal skills required for employment and career development. The training was conducted by Mr. Sujith, Mrs. Hajira, and Ms. Vishala E, who served as resource persons for the program. During the session, the trainers focused on developing students' confidence and preparing them for the professional world. They explained the importance of interview etiquette, including proper communication, body language, punctuality, and maintaining a positive attitude during interviews. The students were also guided on professional behaviour in the workplace, such as teamwork, responsibility, discipline, and respect for colleagues and supervisors. In addition, the trainers provided practical guidance on how to prepare an effective resume. They explained the key components of a good resume, including personal details, educational qualifications, skills, and work experience, and emphasized how a well-structured resume can create a strong first impression on employers.
