Women's Day Celebration

Loyola Industrial Training Institute (ITI), in collaboration with Vidya, celebrated International Women's Day on 11th March 2026 in the ITI Hall. The program was organized to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of both men and women in making the world a better place for everyone to live in. The celebration was graced by the Chief Guest, Mrs. Gagana, and the Guest of Honour, Mrs. Devika Mathur and Rev.Fr. Denzil Lobo S.J The event featured various cultural and awareness activities such as dance performances, a skit on women's empowerment, and fashion show performances presented by trainees. Students from the Tailoring and Beautician trades along with Loyola ITI trainees actively participated in the different activities. During the program, the Chief Guest and Guest of Honour addressed the gathering and delivered motivating speeches encouraging students to believe in themselves, develop their skills, and contribute positively to society. The celebration was meaningful and inspiring, highlighting the importance of equality, respect, and empowerment. The program concluded with a vote of thanks expressing gratitude to the chief guest, guest of honour, organizers, staff members, and students who made the event successful.
