A significant milestone was achieved on 24 March 2026 at Loyola ITI with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the establishment of a Centre of Excellence for Professional Skill Development in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. The MoU signing ceremony was conducted in the presence of distinguished dignitaries from Carrier and Loyola ITI. The event was graced by Dr. Sujit Ranjan, CEO; Mr. Sundaresan Narayan, Managing Director, Carrier, Mr. Karan Sobti, Director – Marketing, Carrier. Mr. Suhas S. Regional Head – Karnataka, Carrier and Mr. Chandrashekhar, Zonal Service Manager, Carrier. The MoU highlights a collaborative effort to establish advanced training infrastructure in the field of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, ensuring that students gain access to modern equipment and technology aligned with current industry standards. In his address, Dr. Sujit Ranjan emphasized the growing importance of skill-based education in today’s competitive world Mr. Sundaresan Narayan, in his speech, spoke about Carrier’s commitment to fostering skill development and building a future-ready workforce.
