Loyola ITI, Bengaluru, organized an awareness session titled "Smart Savings for a Secure Future" on 22nd April 2026 at 11:15 AM. The resource person, Mrs. Rajani Aravind, LIC Insurance Advisor, explained the importance of starting savings early and maintaining disciplined investments. She spoke about the role of insurance, including life and medical insurance, especially during health emergencies. She also highlighted simple ways to save daily resources such as water, energy, time, and money, emphasizing that small and consistent efforts lead to long-term financial security. The session was conducted under the guidance of Fr. Denzil Lobo SJ, Director, and Mrs. Mary Veronika, Principal, and was coordinated by Mr. Mahesh. Students actively participated in the session and showed great interest by asking questions about Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), student-friendly saving schemes, and the basics of insurance. The session helped students understand how to manage money wisely and plan for a secure future.
