Inauguration of academic year & Legal awareness program

Inauguration of the Academic year was held on 21st September 2023 at 3pm in the ITI campus under the coordination of Mr. John Bosco and Mr. Bharath C.Mrs. Thulsi, Mrs Megha.M and Mrs. Megha T.C Ranichennamma team, south east police division were invited as the chief guest for the program. The program began with a short prayer and a welcome dance, setting a positive and spiritual tone for the event. An important aspect of the inauguration was the legal awareness program led by the Ranichennamma team, with guidance from C. K. Baba, IPS Deputy Commissioner of Police, South East Division, Bangalore. The session focused on critical topics like missing and kidnapping, drugsabuse, narcotics, the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) act, and the punishment for various offenses. An investiture ceremony was organised to recognize and empower the student leaders.The leaders from different clubs were given their badges by the chief guest. Chief guest Mrs. Thulsi shared her experiences and motivated the students to make positive choices in their lives.Fr. Denzil Lobo S.J., the Director of Loyola ITI, addressed the gathering and provided insights on how to balance the inner and outer world to lead a happy life.The event concluded with a vote of thanks, where gratitude was expressed to all those who contributed to the successful inauguration of the academic year.
