Loyola Industrial Training Institute, Bangalore, which began in 1992, as a small Technical Centre serving a few hundred students, has today grown into a multifaceted educational and technical institution. The institution primarily gives importance to service to the poor and the marginalized youth: to protect them from exploitation and to raise their socio-economic status. The institute also takes keen interest in rural youth in technical skills, while fostering their all-round development in a congenial atmosphere.
